Tomintoul & Glenlivet History Group are hosting a Poppy Tea to mark the end of the First World War, they’ll be displaying the Tommies Silhouettes and poppies which have been created by our communities.

Our community owned, community run hostel got an end of season boost this week when Visit Scotland revealed the hostel retains it’s 4* rating. The assessment that was carried out anonymously highlighted the improvements to the heating, customer communications, and the high level of customer service provided by the warden as areas we’d excelled in this season.
